I set out this morning to a bakery that was supposed to be known for cinnamon rolls. I arrived to find they didn’t open till 10. That was odd to me as a bakery. So I googled another one and found @rise.up.bakery and wow!!!! The service was amazing! I think I was talking to the owner and I am mad I didn’t get her name. She walked me through all the stuff and I ended up getting way more than I needed. The crème brûlée croissant was so good! It had the hard candy top and nice cream center, the croissant was extremely fresh. I then got the crookie which is the croissant with the choc chip cookie on top. Ended with 2 regular cinnamon rolls and she tossed in an orange cinnamon roll since it was a little smaller and she didn’t want to sell it. Not only was the location awesome but she also donates all the leftovers each day so nothing goes to waste or is reused. I highly recommend this spot and I give it a 5/5.
