My first time going, I went for my birthday and had such a phenomenal experience!! Originally when i called for a specific day and time they were booked but i asked the receptionist to put me on their cancellation list & she did!! She ended up calling me back with a perfect date & time. When i got there everyone at the front desk was so nice and gave me compliments, just really sweet!! The host as well was super nice & made me feel comfortable the entire time from the time she greeted me at the front up until i left!! ( i think her name was Raegan, i can’t remember ) . My masseuse was great as well. ( i can’t remember her name either but i know it started with an M ) This was my first time getting a massage EVER so i was a little nervous just because i didn’t know how it goes but she explained everything to me THOROUGHLY, and asked me if i had any spots i wanted to focus on, asked my preferences on some things and made me feel so comfortable for my first time!! So much so i went to sleep. Im very big on energy and aura as well and she just was so kind!! I told her it was my birthday in passing conversation & she told the host that it was my birthday , therefore when my massage was over she walked me out into the resting area and the host was bringing out a cupcake to me 🥹🥹. I’m definitely going back & cant wait. thank you guys!!

I stopped coming here a couple of years ago due to a bad experience. However, Kimberly turned my expectations back to a 10/10 with this place. She did an exceptional job! I had arrived early for my appointment as I was the last massage of the day, and she took me back early so I could have a 60-minute massage instead of a 50-minute. She also made everything super smooth. I will be back! Make sure to ask for Kimberly!

I received a classic manicure /cashmere pedicure today. It was by far superior to other services I received at another facility. Staff was very hospitable— anticipating my needs before I could even ask for anything. Front desk was nice— the spa attendants were amazing. The ambiance is set once you arrive and is seamless. The facility is clean. My service provider was Samantha who is incredible. She pays attention to detail. What I really liked is how quiet my service was this morning— I was the only one there and it really helped me to be able to relax. You don’t have to talk or make small talk if you don’t want which is another really nice thing to have. One of the reasons why I took a star off is because there was an advertised special at the time of my booking if you book a cashmere pedicure you get half off a manicure. I was told by the booking staff this is old. No offer to honor or for something else or other specials. If it’s listed it should have been honored especially if I can prove it. Also— I went into the locker room just to use the bathroom and the guests were a bit chatty and stared at me as if I didn’t belong and in such a small space it was just a lot. That part they can’t help but if I had to Improve those would be the things. All in all — I would still go back and have made another appt to have service with Samantha.

I had the most AMAZING massage with Kim! She was so in tune with my body and gave me exactly what I needed. Kim was nurturing, compassionate, professional, and one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. I felt completely cared for and left feeling renewed. I came back the next day for a facial with Allison, and she was equally wonderful — kind, informative, and incredibly thorough. Both experiences were beyond my expectations! Highly recommend booking with Kim and Allison if you’re looking for true relaxation and professional care.

This was by far one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. My masseuse was Sawitee and she was amazing and so kind! The service from the entire staff couldn’t have been better. Thank you for a truly relaxing and beautiful experience!
