Im not sure who the new manager guy thinks he is, but the way that he talks to the other people that work there is beyond appalling! I felt so bad sitting there listening to him berate the staff like he was better than them. Definitely seems like a liability to keep him on staff. Everybody else has always been wonderful and nice but since he started there you can see the change in the employees. So sad.

Jesse was my tire agent and she more than satisfied me with all of her knowledge and friendliness. She turned my bad day into a whole new day!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for tires or rims. Great prices and flexible payments.

A friend of mine told me she had gotten tires from R&R and was able to make payments. So I looked into it and went down to talk to them after I had made an appointment to go in. To say they are extremely nice their crew working together the front desk Works so good together with a very good attitude. To help that has been there longer is very kind of those that are newer. In a sense indirectly that does affect when a customer goes in, because whatever the working togetherness are not behind the counter is is what it’s gonna be for the customer also. I did purchase me for new tires and they worked with me on everything to make it very easy for me to feel comfortable making the purchase that I did. Francisco did a very good job. I’m sorry I don’t remember the other people’s names there, but I do remember their faces and how nice they were

Recently went into RNR expecting to purchase tires only, the manager at the Broadway store upsold us on wheels & tires for our daughters car. we were extremely happy with the end product. We have purchased several sets of tires and few sets of rims over the years, they have always taken care of us no matter the issue. Without unnecessary details, we had some concerns about how customer service would turn out in regards to a situation. The manager (Justin) took care of us as quickly as possible and without frustration. He was understanding, sympathetic and accommodating. He handled the situation in a way, that i believe a lot of people in customer service forget.. (Lets fix it, make sure everything is safe and go from there.) For anyone questioning if this is the right place for you, ease your mind, as long as you are doing right, they will do right by you!! also the 5 month same as cash is extremely helpful, especially during this current economy. I do not normally write reviews but this entire situation has restored some lost faith we have in customer service. Our daughter is safe and excited about her new rims/tires! We appreciate everything RNR has done for us and look forward to our next purchase.

Ok, first off let me start by saying it took 1 month for me to get my rims. That being said Liz helped out and let me know where they were at by giving me text updates. I was adamant on 5 spoke so, I talked to the store manger Kevin and he showed me these rims that were on sale but they were 18's and I have 17's and didn't want to buy new tires. He ended up finding them in 17's but the shipper managed to loose 3 of 4 in transit so I had to wait but it was well worth it. As the pictures show there is a dramatic difference
