was driving from Houston to San Antonio when I got a flat tire on the side of the road. While I was trying to fix it myself, a big van from Roadside Solutions pulled up out of nowhere and immediately jumped in to help. They quickly put my spare on, which allowed me to get to the hospital just in time for my case. The service didn’t stop there—they actually met my car in the hospital parking lot while I was working and replaced the flat with a brand-new tire. By the time I was done with my case, my vehicle was ready to go. From dispatch to the technicians and even the boss man himself, everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. I was in a serious time crunch, and their support made all the difference. 100% recommend Roadside Solutions! The help they provided didn’t just get me back on the road—it helped save someone’s life. Because of their quick response, I was able to recover a pair of donor lungs for transplant.

Roadside Solutions is amazing! I specifically had Khalid sent out to assist me. I had been on vacation for 3.5 weeks and came home to a car that wouldn’t start. I sent a request for service thru my insurance company and Khalid called me within 5 minutes of the request and arrived within 15 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he gave my car a jump and left. Before he left he instructed me to leave my car running or drive it around for a bit. I decided to drive around. While driving I encountered an issue and my car shut off. Instead of requesting another service from my insurance I called Khalid back directly to see if he was still in the area and if he could help. He gladly turned around and came back to help again. This company went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get back home and gave me information on what may be going on with my car and how I should proceed. I can’t thank them enough for their amazing service!! THANK YOU!!
We got a flat on one of our cars. Called roadside assistance through our insurance, and Roadside Solutions received our information. Within 10 minutes of me filing the claim through the insurance, I received a call from Nimer at Roadside Solutions. He was very polite and helpful. He told me he was on his way and how long it would take him to get to my house. He showed up and promptly changed the flat. I would definitely recommend them.
