A professional experience from initial phone call to final installation of our home ducted system. Doug, the consultant, friendly & knowledgeable. All work carried out neatly and on time by Col, Lee and Al and the two sparkies Big Mick & Little Mick. Amazing experience - we booked a quote online - received a reminder text and the technician came around on time and was friendly and professional. For paying our deposit early we received a discount which was great! They arrived on time, installed and cleaned up after. The best experience I have had with air con installation! Efficient, great service and super organised! Highly recommend ☺️

The Robertson team serviced my ducted air conditioner today. Without fuss they got on with the job. Turned up on time (tick) explained what they were doing (tick) and why (so I could understand). They had to replace a damaged switch and top up the gas ... and completed the service. They even cleaned the dust from the outlets. I am very happy to recommend Robertson Air Conditioning.

Thanks Robertson Air Conditioning, your maintenance man was very cordial a very respectful. He explained what he needed to do and was finished in the allotted time frame. Robertson has been maintaining my aircons for a number of years, installing new ones and removing old upright one that they installed 25 years ago. Very happy with their work and would highly recommend their service to all.
