Turned up for quote and install on time. Once quote was agreed to it was a couple of days and they came and installed. All staff were great. The guy who installed was terrific polite fast working, diligent. Cleaned up all mess. Helpful when he did quote. I'm a tough customer but these guys were great.

I had two new air conditioning units installed by The Split System Guy and will definitely use them again once I'm ready to replace my ancient living room unit. I initially got quotes from three separate companies and The Split System Guy ended up being the cheapest but also the most knowledgeable and had the best installation warranty period. They also had the largest range to choose from. Jeremy was really helpful, explained everything beforehand, and walked me through how everything worked once it was installed. Adam was also really helpful when organising the quote. Overall, I'm super happy with my new air con and glad I don't have to slowly cook in my house in summer anymore!

Amazing service, very friendly, fast and efficient. They arrived on time and worked non stop from 7am-3:50 in rainy conditions. Jeremy, Adam and Adam all were drenched at one point but all kept going till it was done. The units looks amazing and don’t look out of place like some can. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone getting air con installed.
