I am OBSESSED with my hair. First time at this salon and KC absolutely nailed it. I have not stopped touching my hair since I got home, and for the first time in years I am genuinely excited about it. KC truly listened and was thoughtful, intentional, and precise. They gave me the exact haircut I have been asking for forever. After years of disappointing haircuts, I did not realize how unhappy I had been until now. I feel overwhelmed and overjoyed. A part of me that has felt broken for years finally feels healed. KC is a gem.

Absolutely no issue with the stylists here. The problem is they clearly overbook themselves. I first tried to come to this salon 3yrs ago when they were in a different location and I made a mistake booking because their website automatically jumped to a future date. When I went in and realized my error, they said there was no way they could squeeze me in for even a bang trim while multiple stylists sat in chairs on their phones. Fine, it was my fault anyway. I decided to give them another try earlier this year. I arrive to my appt 10min early only to then wait 45min for my stylist to finish her last client. Fine, shit happens. Now, I make an appointment a week ahead of time before an interview and 2hrs before the appointment, they call and cancel it on me. The stylist is sick. No more appointments for the week available with anyone. I know people get sick but this establishment should have the flexibility to get you in with another person if you are willing to switch stylists when you have an appointment. It just seems like the management overbooks their workers. And just to add, God forbid you have curly hair because your appointment will cost quite a bit more. No idea when curly hair became a luxury but here we are. Edit: yes, I was only charged for a regular cut because of the extended delay in my appointment time. And as I said, when a salon cancels you TWO hours before an appointment, they should do what they can to rectify it.

I went to Rock Paper Scissors for the first time a couple of weeks ago. After having done some research, I found Destiny, who knows how to cut curly hair. She honestly is a miracle worker! My hair has been so blah and uncooperative and she made it look good again! I showed her two inspo photos and we went with the one that made more sense for my hair. She told me exactly how and why she was cutting my hair. Then she helped me out with new products and how to use them. The best part is that my hair is now super easy to maintain AND it looks good even when I haven't been to the stylist. I'm so thankful I found Destiny and would HIGHLY recommend her, especially for the curly and wavy haired people out there!

I love my hair by Skyler! She definitely listened to what I wanted while giving me honest advice on the state of my hair when I asked! Would definitely recommend. I got a haircut with glaze and it turned out sooo pretty. I read my book during most of the hair appt and she seemed cool with that :). The glaze pigment needed a little extra time and product to soak into my hair and Skyler did a great job at noticing that and giving me a luxury experience! Thanks again!

Feeling nervous, I went to get a haircut at RPS because it was recommended by a friend. I had not had a professional haircut since 2022. Making an appointment online was very easy. My stylist was Mal who was great! He made sure I was comfortable, kept checking in with me, cut, washed and styled my hair. I am very happy with his work and will return to get my hair cut again. There was no need for me to be nervous.
