Please read before visiting: Wife and SIL came in for the highest cost manicure with appointment - they ended up not receiving it and only gave the simplest one. They requested to be sat together, and they were sat apart and were refused to be seated together. Nail tech proceeded to cover my wife's watch and arms with lotion, requiring it to be cleaned thoroughly inbetween. They did not clean up the polish on skin after request - they refused. For her sister, she brought her own polish in store, due to special allergy. They refused to use it. Her nail polish came off after twenty minutes in one piece. Overall, terrible experience for both her and her sister. There are much better nail salons in Fort Wayne. See attached photos.

Love getting my nails done here every tech pays close attention to detail, the ambiance is super relaxed and friendly. Quick check-in even with walk-ins. Nails always eat.

I went to Rockdiva Nails for the first time on Monday for a pedicure and it was amazing. I went back to Rockdiva on Tuesday for a set of nails. I am very pleased with the work they do. Pleasant and friendly people.

This was my first experience at Rockdiva. Me and my husband just moved here from out of state. While we were having dinner down the road I noticed our servers nails; They were gorgeous! She told me it took her ages to find the right nail salon, and when she found Rockdiva her search was over. I decided to give it a try since her nails were stunning and she spoke so highly of them. Let me tell you I was not disappointed, I get my toes done once a week as a treat for myself. So I have had quite a few pedicures in my lifetime, this was hands down by far the most amazing pedicure I have ever had! The attention to detail was immaculate, I was not rushed in any way even though I came closer to closing time. I was asked if I was thirsty and wanted something to drink during my service. She asked if the pressure was ok, if the temperature was to hot not once but consistently. The woman who assisted me clearly takes great pride in her work and incredible customer service skills. I came in with headphones so I could relax and not feel awkward, before I knew it I was enthralled in fantastic conversation. She made me feel comfortable and at ease and made sure I got everything I wanted. Needles to say i am over the moon with my experience! I was assisted by Ching Ching and she is absolutely phenomenal and I will be exclusively booking her for myself and my husband from now on! That was A1 customer service and Ching Ching deserves a raise!
