I had a great experience with Josilyn at Rocket Car Wash. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole visit smooth and easy. Customer service like hers is what keeps people coming back. Everything was handled quickly and with a positive attitude. Highly recommend Rocket Car Wash, especially if Josilyn is working.

I’ve been cleaning my cars at Rocket Carwash for about 4 years now, and they have consistently provided quality service the whole time. Josilyn & her team have handled the few issues I’ve had professionally & quickly! Their vacuums work well & they are always stocked with a few useful cleaning products as well as clean towels, and even when they’re busy it’s usually not much of a wait!

So I will put 4 starts; they do have a good costumer services. I would only recommend sending reminders to people when their subscription is moving from $10 to $53.61. Yes, it’s in the contract and costumers supposed to cancel, but people forget. I am not going to renew my subscription ever, because I don’t want to pay $53.61 for a car wash subscription that I barely use.

It couldn't be any worse. I used the most expensive package, which cost over $32 including tax, and the results were even worse than another car wash service that was cheaper. After the wash, my car was covered in black streaks that looked like glue. I had a very hard time removing them when I got home. To top it all off, the staff were incredibly rude. The woman didn't even bother to say thank you or goodbye. This is definitely the last time I'll visit

Literally the worst car wash ever. I’ve been here a handful of times. I am in disputes right now with their claims department after the car wash took one of my taillight covers clean OFF. It is a $500 part to replace and the entire bumper has to come off to fix it. The wash stopped for about 10 seconds while I was in it, there are photos of my vehicle leaving with the missing cover, and my claim still got denied. I have been to a collision center and they verified there was no other possible way that part could come clean off - no marks around it, just cleanly detached. I complained to a regional manager and he told me my best bet was to write Google reviews until someone notices, so here I am.
