I was so desperate, we had no water. I started Googling plumbing repair companies and found Rocket Man. I called them, and a woman with a very soft voice answered and reassured me, saying she would send someone as soon as possible to see what was wrong, give me an estimate, and let me know if it was affordable. Only 45 minutes passed before the person arrived to assess the damage. Half an hour later, I had the detailed estimate in my email. I read it, found it affordable, and approved it. Fifteen minutes later, the company called to schedule me to fix the water leak. I think if I had called earlier, they would have fixed it the same day, but since it was already late, they scheduled me for the next day, and that's what happened. The leak is fixed now. There's only one thing I haven't understood yet: the person who came to assess the problem and give the estimate almost knocked down my door.

I was very happy with the service I received from Rocketman. They were very professional, prompt, and a good value. I appreciate that the plumber took the time to educate me on the issue. After a previous plumbing issue, where I used a different company, I have worried about the plumbing in my house but the excellent service from Rocketman has brought me peace. I hope I don’t need a plumber again for a long time but I am glad to know that when the time comes I just have to call Rocketman.

Two of my neighbors recommended Rocketman. I am beyond thrilled at their communications, timely response, and work done. Kyle came to look at my plumbing issue, offered options, including pros and cons of each. House is on a slab and expensive flooring that I didn't want torn up. He figured out a workaround for a water leak beneath the slab. Carlos and Alex came the next morning and did an exceptional job at fixing the issue. Tested everything and cleaned up. They really went above and beyond. Diane was wonderful listening and communicating throughout the process. She followed up with a call after the job was completed to ask how it went. 10 stars!

The company states the hydro-jetting isn’t on his truck. In reality he doesn’t have one. Do not use them for backed up pipes.
