Do not park here if you're not shopping here or if it's after business hours and THEY'RE CLOSED! They will tow your car and it'll be $156 (exact cash) because they will not provide change. It's incredibly predatory towards broke college students and I will never shop here again. Whoever is running this store is greedy and miserable.

Poor customer service. I was given a present for Christmas and the size was way off. I understand that the return day was past 30 days but the size was off by 3 sizes. I had the gift receipt and the tags were still on it. The front desk help was very polite but she had to get approval from the Store Manager. The Store Manager didn’t have the courtesy to speak to me so I had to seek her out. She said she’d have to get approval from the Store Owner who never had the courtesy to talk to me. I wouldn’t give this store my business. They have no customer service and their quality and sizes in clothes are a joke. I’d encourage everyone to visit the Barnes and Noble UT Bookstore on Secor and Dorr.

A great addition to the UT campus. They are privately owned and offer everything that a student could want, and if they don't have it in stock, they can get it. The store has a larger selection of clothing than the big box store with other little trinkets. A campus gem.

This place has great customer service and a great selection of merch for all your Toledo Rocket needs. The prices are a bit high, but they had a lot of discounts. It's in a convenient location by campus, and I would certainly come back if I am in the area. If your a fan of The Rockets, this is the place to shop.

I buy all my books online, so I can't speak to the experience of book buying here in particular, but they've got plenty of UT stuff that always makes for great gifts and great ways to show off school spirit. The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can get a little pricey. They do often have coupons and discounts though, so it is much better than the Barnes and Noble bookstore on campus
