I had to drive all the way from Austin to San Antonio because Rockguard doesn’t service the Austin area and wouldn’t meet me anywhere in between. After the long trip, I expected at least a smooth and professional install. Instead, when I got my keys back and got into the car, there was broken glass all over the dashboard. The windshield had been off the car for well over 30 minutes, so there was plenty of time to vacuum out the glass shards before reinstalling the new one. Leaving the interior covered in glass was careless and disappointing. After driving that far for service, the least they could have done was return my car clean and safe to drive. Would not recommend based on this experience.

My back Glass to my 2015 Chevrolet HD 2500 busted Wednesday night. I called Rockguard Auto and I was taken care of Friday morning. Highly recommend for all your auto glass needs. Thank you for the quick repair.

This place is amazing! They did an amazing job replacing my windshield. They have a small waiting area where they have snacks and a coffee machine. The technician left my car looking amazing and didnt take that long to replace my windshield. Price was very reasonable and affordable Rockguard AutoGlass is definitely a recommend.

Awesome shop, fast service and great price. ***Family owned and operated**** Chris was the one that helped over the phone. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Roxy helped me when I arrived at the shop, she had a great attitude and was also very helpful. Juan was the one to do the work. He was detailed and carefully worked with the light accessories that are on my jeep. I would highly recommend this company

This place was awesome. Bid was super fast and honest over the phone for a full windshield replacement, we called 5 or 6 different places and they offered the best price INCLUDING recalibration for lane assist feature. I had to go into the office since recalibration was required, but I was in and out within an hour, super fast! Windshield looks great! I took my laptop and worked while I waited, they had coffee and snacks which was great. 10/10 Recommend.
