Every time I visit this store the service is unmatched. The manager is so attentive and sweet without being pushy. And the clothes are amazing quality, well worth the price. I can’t say enough good things about Rockin Bettie.

Online ordering customer service and return policy is poor. I received my order for a small Hell Bunny Janine dress about 2 weeks after placing it . When I received the dress, it fit perfectly except the sleeves were sewn too small. I asked for a return/refund within 24 hours of receiving the dress, stating it was defective. They offered me credit for the $140 defective dress but refused to give me a refund although, they can be reimbursed for defective items. Would not recommend ordering from this company online👎

I have been going here for a year now and am always met with wonderful, welcoming and loving energy. The quality of not only the clothing but the store itself and women that work here set a highly phenomenal bar. I absolutely love coming here and will continue to do so. ♡

The manager Ashley was the sweetest human. We're from out of town and this was a big place my girlfriend wanted to visit in the arts district. Ashley spent so much with her, helping her with sizes and recommending pieces for my partner, as well as giving us great recommendations in the area. Really top notch service. Cutest little shop. 42 out of 10 experience. Photo of one of our purchases to pimp the wears! ❤️

I LOVE this shop!! The last two times we visited Vegas, it has been on my itinerary to stop by and take a look see. Of course I will find an item I adore .. or ten! 🤣 Ashley is always so kind and very attentive, and makes me feel amazing and always helpful. I never leave unhappy, even if my size isn’t available at the moment. No worries though, because I have ordered online as well, and shipping is always fast! Thanks again to all the gals there, and making my Birthday shopping weekend amazing!! 🥳
