Great course. Challenging but not unforgiving, you can find your ball if you dont hit into the water. Very affordable!

Glad to see this course in really nice shape. Fairways carpet, greens in really good condition just a tad slow, bunkers were playable not bad at all just maybe a better job of golfers raking after use. Price, it was on Columbus day so maybe the price was holiday fees. I thought compared to Arlington and Dallas muni's, a little high.

Played yesterday for the first time at Rockwood… After reading the previous reviews I was a little concerned, they were saying that the staff was extremely rude in that the condition of the course was pretty rough… I actually found it to be completely. The opposite for staff was very helpful and friendly and the course was in excellent shape… A few minor issues on the edge of a green or two, but that was all. This is a jam of a course built in 1938 and it still has some of the original bridges and tables Which is extremely cool. I would definitely recommend giving it a shot. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I worked with Brandon to host our baby shower and the process was very easy and affordable. The banquet room was very big and catering was awesome. My husband golfed as well and really enjoyed the course. Absolutely recommend for any event.
