⭐ Amazing Dining Experience at Rocco Steakhouse – 10/10 My experience at Rocco Steakhouse was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, elegant, and comfortable, setting the perfect tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel valued and well taken care of throughout the entire meal. The highlight of the evening was without a doubt the food. I ordered the filet mignon, and it was cooked to absolute perfection. The steak was tender, juicy, and full of flavor, easily one of the best filet mignons I have ever had. Every bite was rich and satisfying, seasoned just right, and cooked exactly as requested. It truly showcased the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the kitchen staff. Alongside the filet mignon, I enjoyed a fresh, well-prepared salad that complemented the meal perfectly. The salad was crisp, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ingredients were fresh, and the balance of flavors made it more than just a side dish—it felt like a thoughtfully crafted part of the overall dining experience. It was clear that attention to detail is a priority at Rocco Steakhouse. Beyond the food itself, the overall dining experience was exceptional. The restaurant had a classy yet relaxed ambiance, making it perfect for a special occasion, a business dinner, or simply a great night out. The layout was comfortable, the lighting was just right, and the environment allowed for easy conversation without feeling rushed or crowded. The service truly elevated the experience. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered excellent recommendations, and checked in at the right moments without being intrusive. Drinks were refilled promptly, and every request was handled with professionalism and a smile. It is rare to find a place where service and food quality are equally outstanding, but Rocco Steakhouse delivered on both. Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 10 out of 10. Everything—from the atmosphere and service to the incredible filet mignon and fresh salad—exceeded my expectations. Rocco Steakhouse clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-tier steakhouse experience. I will definitely be returning and look forward to enjoying another excellent meal in the future.
First time visit, 11/18, large amount of close parking even with this location being downtown. The ambiance of the interior gives some of the vibes of Bern's steakhouse in Tampa. Dark and calming inside make for a very enjoyable eating experience. Ordered the Smoky cocktail which i hilghy recommend for bourbon drinkers. Also, the employees will recommend the crab fritter and rabbit appetizers, which I can now tell you why ha! Amazing food, prime steak, the sides and obviously the desserts. Tried the creme brulee and the cinnamon donuts with espresso creme. Will 100% be back!
I’ve been to so many steakhouses, even with a big group but I’ve never gotten service as bad here. The waiter was not attentive at ALL. We were sitting for 3 hours, waiting 2.5 hours for our food. Once the food came out, it was mediocre. Burnt, and wrong. I asked for my steak to be medium well, it’s clearly not medium well(the pictures below). Also a pregnant friend asked for a medium well steak ) it came medium and when we sent it back, she did not get a new steak. She got the steak she already had bit into, which is concerning. Are the chefs putting all kinds of germs on the stove anytime a customer doesn’t like the finish of their meat? I do not recommend this restaurant, please just go to another steakhouse.
I enjoyed this place, especially for happy hour — 8.5/10 easily. You can feel their intention in trying to elevate the experience from the moment they open the door upon your arrival. TLDR; good food, great drinks & service can be hit or miss. I’ve had a few proseccos and chardonnays here that I enjoyed. The cocktails were always artful and spectacular, clearly made with a delicate hand. I recommend the Soleil with my whole heart as a Cognac lover. Sweet, smooth taste with a foamy finish, I could keep going back for more. It had a bunch of ingredients I’ve never had, or never heard of, and blew my mind. A peachy color with a very French 125-esque. For food, I’ve tried the sliders (good but nothing to write home about) and the meatballs. The meatballs were moist and earthy, very flavorful — but the real coup was the sweet, punchy sauce cradling them. the bread was herbaceous. angle cut and thick. Our waitress hovered for a bit, but then service became super European when we were done ordering (I had to flag down for water and the check…). Other than that, I loved the experience here. It’s a beautiful space that really elevates an already marvelous menu. I’ll definitely be back.
The restaurant has a beautiful setting and a pleasant atmosphere. We went to celebrate our anniversary, but overall, the experience was just okay, nothing particularly memorable. Our server was very welcoming and attentive. We started with the Rabbit Agnolotti and the Miso Bone Marrow, both of which were absolutely delicious. For our main courses, we had the Duck, the Ribeye, and a side of corn. While the Duck was well prepared and nicely presented, the Ribeye and corn fell short of expectations.
