Beautiful flowers. Very polite helpful staff. When ordering online don't completely depend on technology. Call the shop to make sure they have the order. Ordered many times from this shop. Highly recomend.

I ordered a birthday bouquet through the Interflora website for delivery in Manchester on 10 March 2026 and paid £38 for an arrangement that was advertised as a large, full bouquet with vibrant, fresh flowers. Unfortunately, the bouquet that was delivered looked nothing like the arrangement shown on the website. The flowers delivered were significantly smaller, far less full, and did not reflect the quality or presentation that was advertised. The difference between the advertised product and the actual bouquet was very noticeable. When customers order flowers online, they rely heavily on the images shown to make their decision. In this case, the bouquet delivered did not resemble the product listing in terms of size, fullness, or overall appearance. For the price paid, the result was extremely disappointing, especially as this was meant to be a birthday gift. I also recently purchased an Interflora Gold Card expecting a consistent standard of quality across their network. Experiences like this raise concerns about how closely local florists follow the advertised arrangements when fulfilling orders. I have included photos comparing the bouquet advertised on the website with the one that was delivered so that other customers can make an informed decision. I did phone the store but your staff was unable to get to the phone, left a voicemail and had no choice but to leave this review unfortunately. I hope this feedback encourages better quality control and greater transparency between what is advertised and what is actually delivered to customers. UPDATE: After raising my concerns with Interflora regarding the bouquet delivered not matching the advertised arrangement, their customer care team reviewed the matter and ultimately issued a full refund for the order. While the initial response did not fully address my concerns about the bouquet’s size and quality compared to the website images, I appreciate that the issue was later reconsidered and resolved by their team. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency between the bouquets advertised online and those delivered through local florists. Thank you to the customer care team for resolving the matter. Ordered flowers for valentines but never arrived. Emailed @9.07 w/ no response. Rang at 10.06, 12.42, 15.41 and told it was out for delivery. Finally rang at 16.51 and told it must have been missed. Could have been out with the wife, instead valentines is spoilt.

I am writing my review to express my disappointment following my recent visit to your store. I came in to purchase a bouquet for a close friend who has just received some very upsetting news, and I had hoped to put together something special — I was prepared to spend around £100. Unfortunately, from the moment I walked in, the experience was extremely disheartening. The staff did not acknowledge me, and when I asked if a bouquet could be made, I was simply pointed toward a corner of pre-made, inexpensive arrangements. When I found one that was not ideal and asked if a small teddy or accessory could be added, it was placed into the box carelessly, resulting in an arrangement that looked poorly presented and lacked care or attention. Both staff members appeared visibly uninterested and unapproachable, and the overall atmosphere left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I left the store unhappy and disappointed — something I never expected, as I have been visiting this shop since I was a child and have purchased many arrangements over the years. Sadly, after this experience, I no longer feel confident returning. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as the level of service I received does not reflect the long-standing reputation your shop once held. Loretta
