I’m glad I chose RollingStock to upgrade my wrangler tires. The folks there are super helpful. A team tried to put my 35” tire on my tire rack but it was too big. Days later, after I installed a rack to support the tire, I called , an hour before closing asking if they would mount my tire. “Sure. Can you be here in 30 min?”. That just does not happen anywhere else. Kindness goes a long way, and at every juncture they have been really cool people. Didn’t even charge me to mount it on the fly.

Best customer service. They were able to repair rims for my car that were damaged and no longer available. They gave me an option that was affordable. They even went to the extra trouble of finding me a hubcap that was lost when my rims got damaged. Truly a five star service.

These guys are the best. They did my front struts on my Honda Element about a year and a half ago and I happened to be on a cross country roadtrip over the holidays and had the rear struts done in Louisiana. When I returned home to SF the driver’s side rear strut was making a noise and so I took it in for them to look at it. Not only did they spend time driving it around to hear the noise and put it up on the rack, they showed me what the other shop had done so I could see for myself. They retightened the noisy strut and sent me on my way without even charging me for the diagnostic. I will definitely be coming back to these guys, I really appreciate their generosity and expertise. A+++++

Needed new tires after noticing uneven wear, they had my size in stock and mounted them in under an hour. Balanced everything out, ride's smoother on the freeway now. Price beat the chain stores, no hard sell on alignments.

Amazing, friendly & professional customer service! I will definitely come back! I noticed the tire pressure light came on, and I called them and they were able to fit me in for a walk in appointment. They checked and refilled my tires and sent me on my way within minutes, turns out I had a nail in my tire. Thank you so much! :)
