If I could give him 2 star I would. All this man Frank does it take your money, and LIE! He never fully provides the service and does NOT work with integrity or honestly. I came to him 6 months pregnant to sublease a property from him to start a business, and after signing a lease with me and taking my money, he ended up owning $30000 on the property and NEVER using my months worth of money to pay any rent or anything, therefore just taking my money with no regard. He has no empathy and is filing for bankruptcy to ensure that he doesn’t have to fully pay anyone’s money back!!! DO NOT GO TO HIM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED

This guy takes your money... does nothing. I win in small claims court to get my money back and now hes filing bankruptcy after lying to the courts. Beware he is taking peoples money to include you in his bankruptcy! A complete crook! We should all file claims against him!

I hired Frank’s agency for help in a personal matter. They delivered much more than I expected. I met Frank at his office, asked lots of questions and he patiently answered them all. He was easy to reach - call, text, email. He has a team of investigators, all of whom are very professional and extremely detail oriented. I would not have had the result I needed if it wasn’t for the help Roman PI provided. Thank you, Frank, from the bottom of my heart.

I hired Roman and his team for two separate incidents and the professionalism, thoroughness, and responsiveness was beyond expectations. He completed both assignments successfully and provided a binder of his report, activities, and survellience. I would refer him and endorse him and so glad to have his services available. And having someone who genuinely cares about his clients is an added bonus, not to mention his resourcefulness from years in his profession.

My fiancé & I paid $2,600 to have them conduct surveillance and capture evidence of elder abuse against our grandfather. After he had the money, it was extremely hard to get ahold of him. After numerous calls, voicemails, and emails, he would answer days later with the promise that a report would come soon. We have yet to receive that report. All we have ever gotten from him was a brief phone call where he said "there's a long-haired guy who's been receiving packages". The last time he ever reached back was 3/25/21 (after days of trying to get ahold of him) apologizing for the delay and that our reports would be delivered the following Tuesday. We never heard back even after trying to get ahold of him. We even gave him license plate numbers to run to help in the investigation. We also purchased an outdoor spy cam and asked if he could set it up outside our grandfather's home. He said he would but we could never get ahold of him to schedule it. During this 'investigation' , our grandfather ended up passing away. We still don't have a report. It really comes off as scammy and after seeing the unprofessional aggressive responses to reviews on here, I waited to put this review until after we changed our Bank information (because we paid him over the phone by giving our debit card number and signing a contract.) out of fear of retaliation. Glad some clients got help, because all we got was robbed of a lot of money.
