If I could give him 2 star I would. All this man Frank does it take your money, and LIE! He never fully provides the service and does NOT work with integrity or honestly. I came to him 6 months pregnant to sublease a property from him to start a business, and after signing a lease with me and taking my money, he ended up owning $30000 on the property and NEVER using my months worth of money to pay any rent or anything, therefore just taking my money with no regard. He has no empathy and is filing for bankruptcy to ensure that he doesn’t have to fully pay anyone’s money back!!! DO NOT GO TO HIM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED
I hired Frank’s agency for help in a personal matter. They delivered much more than I expected. I met Frank at his office, asked lots of questions and he patiently answered them all. He was easy to reach - call, text, email. He has a team of investigators, all of whom are very professional and extremely detail oriented. I would not have had the result I needed if it wasn’t for the help Roman PI provided. Thank you, Frank, from the bottom of my heart.
I am shocked at how many less-than-savory reviews there are for this agency, and I don't believe any of them after the phenomenal service and experience we have received from Frank Roman's team, all of them working hard as one cohesive unit. My husband had to hire a private investigator for his custody case against his child's mother. Frank Roman and his entire team have been fantastic! We've spoken to Frank directly, and Elizabeth. They've both gone above and beyond to perform the (not so easy) tasks and get my husband as much information as they could. A lot of the information and answers my husband needed for his case were not the easiest for them to obtain, but they kept trying and did everything they could to get it, and they did. They've gone above and beyond to help all they can, and the investigators have been great at providing the most detailed reports, surveillance, and photos as possible. A HUGE thank you to the whole team for everything they've done, we are incredibly thankful and couldn't have done it without their help and support.
Unfortunately, my story with Mr. Roman's agency is not a happy one. I turned to PIs in a moment of despair, and Frank was the only one I could find at the moment. At first it all seemed promising and cost-effective with the flat rate. However, various issues during the investigation led to the unfinished case and lots of wasted money. - The only successful surveillance's report showed the poor quality of photos (looks like smartphone photos). Also, if not for my prompts, they would have lost the target. - The agency is in Sacramento, and I'm in the Bay Area, so I always had to give an advanced notice for surveillance. It didn't work well and I lost several good opportunities for surveillance. - I had to press hard to get the data report on some person (which was agreed on in the contract), and they literally couldn't narrow their search down without quite huge hints from my side. Moreover, later I managed to get most of the information myself just by googling. - With his way of communicating Frank contributed to my anxiety a lot. He also allowed himself to make false statements about the case which were very painful to me at the moment. He also actively fueled my fears and suspicions to persuade me to hire him for a flat rate. I find this behavior very predatory. - Frank promised they'll work on the case till I say it's done. It never happened. Frank stated that they've finished the case by conducting 3 surveillances (in reality - only 1) with proofing my suspicions (no solid proof found). After that I never heard from him and he never ever picked up again. That said, I'm glad some people got real help from Roman PI. In my case I got nothing good.
I called 4 or 5 different private investigators and none of them asked me more than a few questions before asking for my money. I called Mr. Roman and not only did he ask me a ton of appropriate questions to my case but his flat-fee rate was a quarter of the cost everyone else quoted. Frank and his investigators are ex-cops who know what they’re doing, are extremely professional and have more knowledge in investigations than others I contacted. If you are looking for any type of investigation no matter how small, definitely call Frank Roman! My case was very in depth and Frank and his team, with their expertise were able to solve what I needed, throughly.
