We are very happy with our new roof and gutters! They make our home look so much better! When we met Alex he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He checked out the roof and gutters and went over everything they would be doing. He showed us the products he uses, and we picked the colors for roof and gutters. The team started every day at 7:00 a.m. They let us know what they would be doing that day and got right to work. At the end of the day, they cleaned up after themselves. We passed both inspections with flying colors. Our new roof and gutters look amazing. I have already recommended ALEX PEREZ ROOFING, to 3 different people. Something I would not do if I wasn't 100% satisfied .

Without a doubt, this is one of the most amazing companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From their no hassle, free estimate to frequent follow-ups to establish service, Alex Perez Roofing demonstrated a strong sense of urgency and professionalism right from the get go. The crew that did the actual roofing repairs was no exception. They were on-time, respectful, very professional, and did amazing work! As I expressed to Alex during a post-job call, I am extremely particular about work quality, and more than anything, how I am treated as a customer when I have work done on my house. To meet my expectations to the degree that they have is difficult to do, and so when I say, without reservation, that this company is doing everything right, I mean it! Alex Perez and his team did a great job replacing 80+ cracked tiles, cleaning out the clogged valleys and making our roof water tight! In addition, we asked that they replace a few fascia boards that showed dry rot and they completed and painted those as well. His team was quick to respond to questions and also provided before and after photos. The work was finished in the expected 2 days and paying was easy with a quickbooks link. We would absolutely refer Alex and his team to our family and friends.

We recently hired Alex Perex Roofing to replace a 34-year old roof and couldn’t be happier with the results. The work included Duration Cool Plus Owens Corning shingles, O’Hagins Fire & Ice low profile vents, etc. First of all, we appreciated Alex Perez’ professionalism. His presentation was thorough as he explained the products used and the process. Since we have a fairly new deck and siding, we were concerned that these items might get damaged during the roof tear off and installation process. He walked us through the steps he and his team would take to protect our property and, in the event of damage, assured us he would take care of it. Fortunately, Alex Perez Roofing did a great job protecting our investment. The other 2 companies that we received bids from would not commit to taking care of any unforeseen damage. One day, Alex notified us that one of his employees accidentally damaged an existing gutter (which we were keeping) and assured us that they would take replace it, which they did. We appreciated Alex’s transparency and how he assumed responsibility. Second, his employees consistently arrived on time, worked tirelessly, and, at the end of each day, cleaned up the jobsite. Although some of his employees appeared to have a limited understanding of English, if we had a question or concern, we reached out to Alex via text or phone and received an immediate response. Alex and his team went above and beyond to address our questions and concerns. Alex was approachable and kept us updated throughout the process. Third, the roof looks amazing. We are happy with the quality of the roof work and would definitely hire Alex Perez Roofing again.

Working with Alex Perez Roofing was a joy from start to finish. Alex's communication was excellent and we were kept up to date every step of the way. His crews and supervisors really knew their jobs and performed them really well. We got a new roof, new gutters and leaf filters as well as some added insulation in our attic. We were beyond satisfied with the results. Getting a new roof is a big investment and we feel our money was well spent with Alex Perez Roofing. I highly recommend them to do the job for you.
