Went in to day for the black Friday specials. They were offering coupons based on how much you spent. We had made a purchase of $1000 which included a $75 coupon. When I asked for the discount they refused to accept their own coupon. The reason given was that my purchase did not qualify for the discount when the coupon clearly said $75 off with any purchase, period. We walked out with nothing. They lost a $1000 sale. This people really thinks that they are the only furniture store around.

So after spending all day in Hickory the day before talking to aggressive furniture salesmen it was such a privilege to stumble upon Steve Schwinn at the Rooms to go outlet in Charlotte. From start to finish Steve was helpful without being pushy and honest without being off-putting. As long as Steve stays employed there, that location will have our business. The rest of the staff were incredible as well but Steve deserves a standing ovation above the rest. If you plan on buying furniture, plan on buying it from Steve!

Seems like a quiet and well kept secret. The Rooms to Go Outlet was a great place to go and get furniture quickly and efficiently for my new place in Charlotte. The staff was willing to work with me to find the right pieces for my new place. I would definitely recommend going here to buy furniture.

I recently move to NC from Fl and came at the right time! Huge blow out sale and D my salesman was very helpful and friendly which made this process easier. Jeff and BOM Eileen and the women which checked me out were amazing as well. I was greeted as I walked in by all employees which was nice to see. The guys in back assisting with final approval before items were shipped was Friendly and helpful. Overall, truly appreciate the wonderful service I received and glad I stopped in! D .. and Team!
