I had an issue with my septic pump breaking, and working with Lauren Armistead and the RooterPlus team was an absolute lifesaver during a stressful situation! Lauren was incredible to work with. Even while on maternity leave, she was responsive and genuinely caring every step of the way. That level of dedication is rare. The RooterPlus team came out quickly, explained the issue, and had everything fixed efficiently by the very next morning. The communication and overall service were truly top-tier. If you ever find yourself in a bind and need a team you can fully trust, I certainly recommend Lauren and the RooterPlus team. They go above and beyond in every way!

Steven walked me through every aspect of my septic system, spent the time to be careful with my landscaping and even helped isolate the rocks from my runoff so I didn’t have to buy new ones. I had two systems that required immediate service and they were out within 3 hrs of calling. He spent the whole day bringing them back to perfection! Thank you Steven for truly caring about your job and the results.

Kevin showed up within an hour of us calling to report a break in our waterline. He educated us on the issue, the options, he was very patient and did an exceptional job repairing the issue. If I could give him 10 out of 10 stars I would super super happy and impressed with his service today. Thank you, Kevin.!!

Team arrived within the time that was promised when I made the appointment. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They provided a detailed description of the issues and best course of action. Both technicians were so very helpful and I cant express how customer centric the gentlemen were. Excellent from start to finish!
