I had an issue with my septic pump breaking, and working with Lauren Armistead and the RooterPlus team was an absolute lifesaver during a stressful situation! Lauren was incredible to work with. Even while on maternity leave, she was responsive and genuinely caring every step of the way. That level of dedication is rare. Steven walked me through every aspect of my septic system, spent the time to be careful with my landscaping and even helped isolate the rocks from my runoff so I didn’t have to buy new ones. I had two systems that required immediate service and they were out within 3 hrs of calling. He spent the whole day bringing them back to perfection!
