This was such a good dinner spot! In town and we were staying close, so we tried it. They told us it would be a 45 minute wait, but it was only about 15! It was busy on a Friday night, but we could still talk and hear each other. The salsa was amazing, and we got an assortment of entrees from tacos to enchiladas to the pollo loco. Everything was delicious! Rosie was our waitress and was wonderful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in town!

Rosie’s Mexican Cantina is a fantastic spot for delicious Mexican food in the Huntsville area. We’ve visited several of their locations, and each time the food and service have been consistently excellent. The menu offers a wide range of items—from flavorful tacos and enchiladas to hearty fajitas and specialty dishes—so there’s always something to satisfy any craving. The prices are very reasonable, and the portions are generous, making it a great value. Service is fast, and the staff is always friendly and attentive, which makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. Though we didn’t sit outside this time, the patio looked inviting, with a pleasant atmosphere and a nice fountain feature. Rosie’s is a reliable choice for great food, warm service, and a welcoming environment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tasty and enjoyable meal! 🌮✨

Was in town for business and I ate here every chance I got. Large clean patio with a great atmosphere. Service is quick and our food was to our table in less than 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing Alexa! It was a busy Saturday night And my daughter-in-law had a birthday party. I went early to try and secure some tables and the manage Alexa was outstanding in helping us during a very busy.period. She bent over backwards to make sure my daughter-in-law had an outstanding birthday and we appreciate it! Thank you, Alexa we will be back soon!

The food was delicious as it always is and the service was great. My husband ordered the lunch combo, the beef enchiladas and the beef taco. I ordered the chicken quesadillas with rice and refried beans. The weather was so nice, we ate outside on their patio. Today the temperature was very pleasant for late August in Alabama, which is unusual, we ate outside.
