In 2021 I was involved in a motor vehicle accident that left me with chronic back pain. Taran Hoogsteen, under Francesca Rollo, was an amazing lawyer that showed great commitment to my case. His team of staff were also easy to work with. He was always thorough, professional and empathetic to my needs. I felt I could be myself with him and although the 4 year process to a settlement wasn't easy, I always felt assured knowing I had the best team in Hamilton as my representation. I would highly recommend Ross & McBride and specifically Taran Hoogsten if you are in need of legal representation.

In 2023, we hired Anadi and her team after experiencing a life-changing car accident. While I was still in the hospital, she took the time to speak with my daughter by phone, guiding her on the best practices for my release from rehab and the next steps if we chose to move forward with her. Throughout the entire process, Anadi was professional, informative, and incredibly patient in addressing the many questions and concerns we had. She advocated for us with both insurance companies, thoroughly explained each stage of the claims process, and fought to secure a settlement we were both comfortable with. We are truly grateful for everything Anandi has done for us, and we could not recommend her enough as a personal injury lawyer.

Took 10 months to ponder my file that they took on contingency. My employer hired me back so there was no more case. They sent me a bill for almost $4800 before their deductions and then made it seem like they were discounting me a lot and I had to pay $300 FOR NOTHING. No paperwork was ever filed nothing even happened, there was one 20 minute call, that’s it. They reviewed my file 10 times and sent me a draft for paperwork that had wrong information in it and then charged me to correct their errors. Again nothing happened. Zero communication and I had to email 6 times for updates and again nothing even happened. I have no trust in lawyers after this process and they took zero accountability for their lack of care in my file. Would not recommend if you want good communication and to feel comfortable knowing they will look after you. They approached me for this case as well and I will never ever participate this way ever again. I feel very scammed.

Down to earth people. Wes Jamison did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable. His accociat/ secretary was also amazing. Anytime I had a question, she was very prompt on yhe delivery on answering my questions or concerns. I highly recommend

We recently purchased my parents cottage in the North Bay Area and chose to use Jarrett and his team for the legal end of things as he came highly recommended by my sister. We were not disappointed! Even though we live 4.5 hours away from his office, communication was on point, we never had to wait more than an hour or so for a response, we were able to meet virtually and the deal closed without issue. We highly recommend Jarrett and Joanne and will definitely use their services in the future!
