Today January 16th, 2026. I took a trip to Round 1 Bowling and Arcade in Lakewood Center Mall in Lakewood, California for opening hours. I forget to get the supervisor or managers name this morning. He was wearing a black shirt with a tie. Really helpful young man. He was super nice, friendly, and made sure everyone had a great time. Today he was super helpful especially since he seen me struggling for this Hatsune Miku Trio-Try-iT Figure. He noticed that the claw strength was needing to be adjusted since he asked how long I was trying to get this figure. I said 200 credits. He adjusted the claw strength, played a few rounds in demo mode to test it out and gave me 6 free plays after he was finished to finally giving me a chance to win this figure I was going for all along. I love Round 1 Arcade and Bowling and this customer service is a 10 out of 10. Thank You Again!!!!

Whoever is in charge at this location of the amount of tries before you make a successful grip of the claw machines does not want returning customers. My wife and I always come to this location when we come to town to visit and going there a few times recently we noticed the games are unwinnable without playing a frustrating amount of times. We went in excited about the dandadan release and spent over 100 dollars on points to play but managed to come out empty handed after all the attempts it truly feels like they do not want you to win at all. I will not be returning anymore because of this management whomever decided to make all claw machines unwinnable. I seriously urge you to reconsider going here to play claw machines fairly.

We came on Christmas Day and were so happy to find out that Round1 Bowling & Arcade at Lakewood Center Mall is open 365 days a year, including holidays — that’s awesome! 🎄✨ As always, the place was spacious, lively, and full of fun. Tons of arcade games, bowling lanes, claw machines, and rhythm games to enjoy. The staff were friendly and everything was well organized and clean. Such a perfect spot to hang out with friends or family, even on holidays. Highly recommend when you’re looking for fun any day of the year! 🎳🕹️

I has so much fun, I did the 55$ and free cup deal and played lots of game and won two claw machine games. Karaoke was fun, big room and only had two mics. Kind workers too! My friends and I loved it here

I always enjoy every moment of going to Round 1. There are so many awesome American and Japanese arcade games to play, not to mention it even has a bowling alley, karaoke, billiards, ping pong, darts, food & beverages which friends can enjoy having fun with! Most definitely highly recommended to friends so that they can have tons of fun because it is an awesome place to go to, not to mention it's a Japanese family entertainment center! 🎮🕹👾🎤🎳🎱🎯🏓🇯🇵🤘🤟✌️😌😊🤗😄😎👍🤙☯️✨️❤️💛💙🤎💯
