The food service is pathetic tons of employees standing there but no one cares it’s super slow allow yourself at least 30-40 mins of wait time for a burger and fries order I’m regretting it big time rest everything is great I gave 1 star for super slow food service there is nobody to manage the employees no one has a fixed assigned station Update one of my kid fall asleep and when I asked the employee how long it’s going to take after waiting for 40 minutes she said someone is working on my order and literally nobody was doing anything at last I had to cancel my order worst place to get the food

Food service is back from the pandemic, but don't expect anything on-par with other Japanese restaurants in the area. There are now only two pinball machines, and a lot more claw machines / UFO catchers. The music games are, as usual, the main thing to do. They do have Maimai machines and two different DDR machines.

Blowing super fun, arcade games are kinda pricey. Each game is about 9-13 tokens. And you have to buy the game card in order to play. 🙄 but the nephew n niece had fun.

We went to this location today June 29 at 12 noon to 2 pm we played the Star Wars card games and we won twice of 500 tickets but when we check our ticket balance the ticket that we were supposed to get on our card wasn’t there. So we spoke to their manager (that has short hair), technician lady, and 1 of the staff at the front desk about our concern on that machine but the manager told us that they can’t do nothing about it and even told us that there is no way that we could win 500 tickets on that machine even if we told them that it is possible but they didn’t care and the manager also told us that we only won 9 tickets on that Star Wars machine. I attached a picture of the game that it is really possible to win 500 tickets and 1000 tickets if you get lucky. Poor customer service I do not recommend people to play the ticket games in this location.

Came here for the arcade. They also have bowling (a few lanes) and food. Everything looked high quality. Great set of games including: a few rows of claw machines, classic games, and newer ones I hadn't seen before. They have a few rooms too. And unlike other arcades the prizes are really good. It runs off of cards and you have to pay $2 for a new card which was a little annoying. Your money is converted to points and games of course have odd points per play like 12.4 pts or something, meaning you're likely to end with too small points to play to zero. Still, great place and would go again.
