We recently got a couple of furniture items from Rove concepts and we absolutely love them! Their modern minimalistic design resonates with us. Their packaging and delivery also is pretty good with options for white glove or threshold or pick up from warehouse. Some of the other stores just have expensive white glove delivery only that cost an arm and a leg. The membership program is great if you are looking to get multiple items. We have been quite happy with the quality of the sofa and the bench. Thank you Rove!

I purchased 2 king size Asher bed frames. Pickup at Boundary Bay airport was easy and they are extremely well packaged. Super solid and straightforward directions. Very very solid bed frames and excellent value IMO. Rove was suggested to me by a friend who is an excellent wood worker who vouched for the quality. I am very happy with service, quality and value.

EDIT: I have received my replacement arm and they also let me keep the old one. I've put the old (lop-sided) one in my bedroom. Thank you. ---- I purchased the viral M1 sectional sofa (in blush) that’s supposed to expand in 24 hours or so. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. HOWEVER, the right arm did not puff up properly. As you can see in my photos: it’s got a strange divot and the top slants to the right (worse in person). The sofa arrived on Dec 16th and by Dec 21st I emailed Rove about this issue and they said they would exchange the right arm piece. However, it’s now Jan 5th and the sofa is still in the same condition, and Rove sent me a confusing email saying they still haven’t “approved” the exchange. Note: I actually asked for a refund since they have a trial period but the claims person suggested an exchange instead which i agreed to). The last two photos are current (today, Jan 5th, covered in protective blankets in case they don’t deliver on that right arm and I need to return the whole thing… ). What a hassle. And no one is allowed to sit on it… In any case I’m not pleased and will request a refund if they cannot resolve this soon. I followed the unboxing instructions they asked and also all my friends who came to see it (and were not allowed to sit on it) agreed that this is not okay. It looks worse in person than in the photos. ;(

This furniture store does not have many items on display. It is better to browse their website to see more options. The staff are very helpful. One thing that makes this store different from others is that there are no visible price tags. To check the price, you need to scan the item tag yourself.
