I had Vong come out because I had so many wasps at my house. He was super friendly, patient with all my questions and worked very quickly to resolve the issue. I could not do the work that he does, I hate wasps. Within 30 minutes of being here all the wasps are gone. I signed up for the 12 month package just incase a few more come back. Thanks for your hardwork and making my yard safe for my kids to play.

After they got bought out some some corporation, they're no longer communicative, they scheduled for the ONLY DAY we said not to, didn't respond to rescheduling requests, and did the EXACT OPPOSITE of the services we requested of them, spraying areas we didn't want them to and ignoring areas we wanted them to spray. It's hard to find new management THIS incapable. Bad communication. Bad service. All around awful experience and we have since cancelled our service. It's sad to see what used to be a great local business get ruined

This company appears to have been bought by the national chain, Greenix. I’m sure the actual services are perfectly adequate. However, when I called to inquire about a wasp nest removal, there was immediate pressure to sign a $50 monthly, automatic subscription agreement. The agreement was texted to me on the spot, which just bugs me, no pun intended. Subscriptions are out of control these days—a blatant money grab. I’m a Millennial who loves convenience, tech, etc., but I’m sorry, not everything should require a subscription. I asked how much it would cost to remove the wasp nest without a subscription and was told it would be about $300. I went to another company and they took care of the wasp nest for a one-time $150 fee with no subscription pressure. Stop it!

Daniel spoke with me prior to treating our yard, filling bait boxes, etc asking if we were experiencing any issues or needed specific areas treated. Very pleasant to talk with and he did an excellent job of summarizing the details of his visit. Very happy with the service received today!

Brad was the technician that came out for my initial service. He did thorough job making sure everything was ready to be treated. Additionally, he was patient and answered any questions that I had. Great work and customer service from the Rove team.
