My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience working with Aimee Hanson from Spara. We chose Aimee after interviewing several agents from other firms. She guided us through the sale of our single family home, carefully explaining the pros and cons and legal issues in each step. She also helped us find just the right town home for us to down-size to that fit our budget and requirements. She was knowledgable and patient as we struggled with choices in a fast moving market. Aimee has a great sense of humor and we missed working with her after we closed on our new home.

From the first day my husband and I walked into Spara to discuss preferred neighborhoods, price ranges, and house styles up until the day we closed, Steve Anderson was professional, helpful, and on the ball. He gave us solid suggestions/things to think about throughout the home-buying process but without ever being pushy, and he was always available to answer our questions or alleviate concerns. With the search parameters in place, we were able to simply text or call Steve whenever a new house interested us, and he was incredibly responsive. This meant that when we really fell in love with a house, Steve made sure we were the first to view / first to put in a reasonable offer. Despite a particularly competitive market, we were holding the keys to our first house in no time. I am so grateful to Steve and Spara Realty for making our home-owning dream a reality. I highly recommend working with them, and if we ever decide to approach this process from the seller side, I know where we'll go!

I was referred by my coworker friend and right away, I knew Steve would help me to find my dream home. The house hunting process wasn't easy, especially as a single person but Steve went above and beyond in finding a house that fits me the best. He's always available via texts or calls and willing to listen to your needs and concerns. I also have great experience with Denise, the mortgage broker at Spara Realty. She's such a sweetheart! I highly recommend Spara Realty to anyone who's looking to buy or sell a house!

I never thought I'd ever actually be able to buy a home, earlier this year the stars aligned and it finally became a reality. My wife and I were looking to buy a home in Saint Paul so it only made sense to us to work with a company that was from the area. Steve was our realtor, he always put our best interest first, and advised us with an expertise that allowed us to to get our dream home for a lower price than we would have expected. I've since recommended Steve and Spara Realty to all my friends and family interested in purchasing a home. If I were to do it all over again, I wouldn't have changed a thing.

I wish I could give Steve Anderson and Spara Realty more than five stars. My husband and I met Steve by chance at an open house. We immediately clicked and I knew that he would be a great realtor for us. Everything after that was smooth sailing. Steve really listened to our needs and concerns and was available whenever we needed him. He is very knowledgeable about Saint Paul and the homes in this area. In addition, we had a very pleasant experience meeting and working with some of the other Spara team members including Rob and Denise. Everyone in Spara office has made a great impression on us and I would highly suggest them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
