Jim Penrod is the most experienced and personable driver I have yet to meet. He is always here early and he knows exactly where to park and let us off. He shares interesting facts about the area as he drives. The entire bus always gives him a standing ovation. Giving him five stars is an understatement! He deserves more. He drives on almost all my Great Getaway Adult Bus Trips, and we always feel so happy when he is assigned to drive us.

Jim Penrod is THE best driver from Royal Coach! 10/10 stars in customer service, timeliness, and anywhere we go, he knows the best pickup/drop-off spots. He is great with our 55+ seniors and is very patient and helpful. He also provides safe driving, sometimes with a live musical performance or two!

i really ave spent a good time of my life working with royal coach tours, the owner there is down to the ground. at royal coach i was trained how to drive a big and fancy bus for free! (u have to sign a contract for 1 year though). Driving can be stressful sometimes but it is part of the cake and it is how we make living. Thanks sandy, candy, earl, dan, veronica and all the family i have there.
