Charged $1200 for a simple tax return and still messed up my information and then expected me to mail the forms to correct his mistake. Staff is rude and incompetent as well. Went to an actual cpa, that fixed all his mistakes. I don't mind paying premium prices, when premium service is delivered on.

I wasn’t 100% sure how to approach my tax needs/strategy at the time of my appointment. Mr. Ramirez’s tax knowledge was clearly vast, and he helped me understand where the next step was for me in an understandable manner. I didn’t need this level of tax expertise at this time, and his honesty and guidance were appreciated. Came as a recommendation to me from a client who actually did need this level of expertise.

We received a recommendation from an attorney in the Hawaii State Bar Association to contact David Ramirez at Tax Relief Services for a tax matter concerning our business. This referral was based on hearing Mr. Ramirez present his business experience and capabilities to several attorneys. A consultation followed. It was clear that David Ramirez understood our situation, the State's approach to assessments, the state tax law, and its application in board of review or appeal processes. We executed an agreement and granted David Ramirez power of attorney to act on these tax matters. The firm used a secure site for transfer of documents and messaging. After his advice to our firm and receipt of our tax documents, his services culminated in a presentation to the Department of Taxation before the final assessment deadline.
