R&R heating and air conditioning is a good company their secretary was very accommodating, rates are reasonable. Alban was prompt, clean and efficient he answered all our concerns and questions was very professional honest and ethical. We will definitely use them again

Alban acted the problem in split system very quickly and correctly attached the vanes, Told him as I had told other techs for R&R basement area always seemed. Went into crawl space and found duct work was not corrected- no one else had seemed willing to explore to that extent. If I can get Alban will continue to work with R&R. I spoke to rep in you office via phone, recognized voice bet can't remember her name- excellent customer service skills, Bill Barnett

Tom from R&R did a great job! He was courteous and professional. He communicated prior to our appointment to let me know when he was on his way. He explained in detail what he was going to do before the installation of our water heater and he was efficient and timely with the installation, leaving no mess to be cleaned up afterward. Josh was very knowledgeable about our furnace system. Tried to fix it but it was 23 years old. Perrin stepped in and suggested a new furnace would save us money in the long run. A week later Jared and his team mate installed our new furnace. They were very clean and did not leave a footprint on the floor. They put down tarps to protect the carpet and hardwood floors. They were efficient and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. What an incredible company. Installed my first furnace 23 years ago and have not changed their customer service. Impeccable and caring company.
