I waited only about 5 minutes to be seen, the medical staff were all super nice and I can't say enough nice things about the np who treated me!

People at the check-in were very pleasant and courteous. There were only 2 doctors working Saturday, but the wait time wasn't too long. The nurse and doctor that attended to me were very nice and knowledgeable.

Dr. Boludo is compassionate, kind, thorough, caring, patient, good listener, and an incredible Doctor. I wish she was my provider. I need to find a doctor like her. Excellence! Front desk was very helpful and polite. From Theresa Roets

The provider was very nice. However, the wait was unacceptable. I arrived before noon, and didn't get called back until 1:40. I saw a student first and told her what was going on. I then waited and waited for the Dr. He was apologetic and very kind, and offered me a water. He thought I needed an EKG, which I didn't think was necessary but he did. No problem, but then it took an additional 45 minutes before another human entered the room. I was about to walk out when they finally entered. I'm sitting in the exam room now as I write this. I have no idea when the Dr will be back in. I just needed some prednisone or zpack for my cough. It has been three and a half hours since I arrived here. I will never come here again. But to reiterate, the Dr was great. It's too bad they didn't have the staff and resources to serve the folks coming in.

NP Ryan Caster and the staff at Wilson Urgent care were amazing. The provider took all proper steps to ensure my health and listened to my concerns with care. All the staff stayed late to ensure other patients and I got the care we needed. They all had a smile on their face and provided great care. Thank you to the staff, I desperately needed care and I got just that.
