I'm obsessed with these workouts! Boxing is such an adrenaline boost. While the workout is hard, I feel like a complete bada$$ when finished. I am getting a stronger, leaner, and feel so great. I'm also 48 years old, and proving that you can rumble at any age!

I just had my first intro class, and I had so much fun! Payton was the instructor, and she was very informative, kind and had an awesome playlist, to keep everyone pumped throughout the workout. I highly recommend this place because, it has a little bit of everything, boxing, weights, bodyweight floor work, etc. You will not be disappointed! 💪
