If you’re not familiar with the exercises in the dark room, you’re not alone. The instructor didn’t come to assist me or correct me on the floor. Instead, they remained on the stage throughout the class. I attended the Tuesday 7:30 AM class.
Thank you for replying to my original post. It seems like this is the only way I can actually talk to the owner. My request to talk to you was ignored and that’s not cool I’m not happy with the service and treatment I got from your employees. Just put yourself in my shoes for a min. When I made that initial phone call I wanted to know about the monthly membership and I was told that there was an offer for 4 classes for only $99. Because it was my first time trying boxing and I did not want to commit yet because I was also going to go to another gym to try it out and compare prices. The girl I spoke to told me “if you sign up for the first class and pay $32 for that class and you sign up for the a second class you will get the $32 back but I needed to attend the 2nd class.” I ask her if she was sure and she told me I just needed to create an account and pay for the class. There was NO mention of the BOGO offer, NO mention of $32 going towards the membership. I wasn’t even told I needed to bring gloves or wraps I found out because I got a text saying that I needed to pay to rent the gloves and the wraps if I didn’t have my own and that was a day before the class. So, I called and I called multiple times to try to reschedule no one answered I had to wake up at 5:30am and see if someone would answer I called during regular business hr. I can screen shot the phone calls I made with no answer. When I went to the class after and I asked about getting the refund the girls at the reception confirmed that yes I would be getting the refund but they apparently did not know how to refund the money and the had to talk to Aarif. It wasn’t after Aarif called me and said I was not going to get the refund because there was no such offer. So that made me angry because I’m being lied to. Some of your employees say one thing and others say another so I think that it’s fair and right that I ask for the refund as the client. I went in 2 occasions a Friday at 11 during my break from work and the gym was closed and that was during regular business hrs. I went again on a Sunday and it was closed according to google it’s supposed to be open on Sundays but it was closed. I don’t need to lie I’m happy to share the screenshot of the multiple phone calls I made to the cherry creek gym it wasn’t one day it was several days I called with no answer during regular business hrs. If you have the recording of that initial phone call and I am wrong I’m happy to pay any fees I need to pay. Because you all aren’t doing anything I had to reach out to my bank and all I’m getting are emails from your company to pay back the $32 and late fee. As a customer it is not fair that you can’t find a reasonable settlement only because your company is greedy and you all are fighting with your client for $32. Why? I would not have made a big deal if your employees tell me one thing and say another putting me like a liar on top of it ignoring me. I requested to talk with you I asked Aarif and I was ignored. There was no offer made to me to settle this to retain a client, there was a lot of lack of response from your company and lack of communication and all this is causing is that it’s only making your company look bad. I’m sorry to say but the company really lacks customer service. I think that it’s not fair to me as the client that there was no resolution offered not by your staff, nor by you. It’s sad. I’m happy to talk with you and you let me know if I’m wrong. If I’m wrong I’m happy to pay whatever I need to pay. I attached the picture of the multiple attempts I made to try to talk to someone. That was during regular business hrs you can check the dates too. I’m not lying I think as the customer everyone needs to be respected because we are paying you and your employees even if it’s $32 to give the correct type of service, to provide good customer service and I think if I’m not provided with what you and your company are offering I think I have the right to request for a refund not only because I was lied to, but also because I was not treated with respect.
Rumble is an amazing, super fun workout and big time stress release. The team at the Cherry Creek location have become my workout family. Im addicted to the good vibes and incredible results!
Took my first Rumble Class yesterday and had a great experience all-around. Good communication from Aarif leading up. Coach Rachel was great and made boxing super approachable to someone who has never boxed before. Definitely had a good sweat between the bag & strength exercises! Music was bumpin'. Had a blast! 🥊
I recently attended my first intro class at Rumble Cherry Creek and had an amazing experience. The customer service was outstanding, and the general manager, Aarif, was super helpful in answering all my questions about plans and memberships. We were asked to arrive 15 minutes early to go over some basics. I brought my own gloves and wraps, but you can also rent them. The class was fantastic, with an energizing atmosphere and friendly people. The facility was very clean and didn’t have that typical sweaty gym smell. I enjoyed it so much that I signed up for a membership on the spot. The experience was not intimidating at all – it was very welcoming and a great place to start. There’s also a convenient two-hour free parking available behind the building. I plan to update this review after going there for a month or two to share my thoughts on the overall progress and experience. Highly recommend Rumble Cherry Creek for anyone interested in boxing classes!
