Simply not worth it. The staff is very nice and friendly. The expectation the price dictates is not met by the club overall. There are way too many members for the gym to feel comfortable. And it feels like many of the members are retired and live in the locker room. The sauna is generally full. I have to wipe down my locker every time I come here, because it always has hair and dirt inside. Shower pressure is hit or miss. Some of them are fine, but others have no pressure and showering is a frustrating experience. At this point, I don't even bother planning to use the locker room/sauna/shower, and I just want to complete my workout and leave as quickly as possible. Overall, I can't recommend this gym and I hope an alternative opens
This is an extremely disappointing Life Time Fitness and I’m frustrated that Life Time corporate has let this location sink so low. The front desk staff were rude, chatting amongst each other, and didn’t acknowledge me upon entering. The weight room has zero natural light and scant mirrors. The layout of the equipment is odd. The men’s locker room was deplorable — very little light, my locker door was missing a hinge, there were missing towel hooks in the men’s spa area, there were towels overflowing the towel return, and there was no water pressure in the shower. I pay a fortune for my Life Time membership and fortunately live closer to Denver West which is much nicer. Don’t be fooled by its location, there is nothing Cherry Creek about this Life Time. I’m disappointed in both the service and the facilities.
- The worst amenities of not only the lifetimes in Colorado but across the nation. Falls short in almost every way: constant construction, small cold sauna, small locker room, terrible parking lot, limited weight options, short hours, etc. - $300/ month for this quality is obscene. At this point, just join Chuze. They offer the exact same caliber of experience.
I had a great experience at Life Time Cherry Creek thanks to Ariana. She went above and beyond to help resolve my situation and did it with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and solution-oriented. Really appreciate her and Aaron’s support!
I have been a member at this location since July of 2022 and I have zero plans of cancelling my membership anytime soon. I absolutely love all the staff at LifeTime. Every time I walk in I am recognized by the front desk staff and welcomed into the club. The membership experience is unmatched at this location, including everyone working behind the scenes here. (Honorable mention: Aerie at the front desk, Caleb, and Krissy at the spa). I joined because they have a year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub that only closes when the temps drop too low or there is a lot of snow in the forecast. Since joining I have discovered that I really enjoy the classes they offer, from yoga to cycling to their versions of classes I have taken at F45 and CrossFit (Alpha). I often will bring my laptop and work remotely in the lounge area. The food in the cafe is delicious, fresh, and nutritious. I have spent way too much on the yummy protein shakes here haha. My favorite new discovery at this location was the spa! They do nails, massages, and facials here! (Pro tip: if you want to visit the club for the day, book a spa appt! You don’t have to be a member). When my mom and brother visited me in Denver recently I treated them to facials and pedicures in the spa. They really enjoyed it. TLDR Pros: Outdoor heated pool and hot tub, great classes, professional membership team, incredible spa! Cons: Could be a bit cleaner, especially on the weekends. Wish there was more parking during busier hours but I will survive.
