I have been going to classes at this studio for 2 years. I absolutely LOVE it here. I had private instruction with Heather and Suzie. I have such problems with my low back and was initially referred here from my doctor. They taught me about body awareness and form so that all level classes were both challenging and therapeutic. I have learned how to translate what I have learned from them into my everyday life and it has helped me manage my pain. Heather takes such care and time in hiring the right people and every instructor is attentive and talented at teaching. The atmosphere is supportive and caring. I am truly so so happy that I have found this place and miss it when I am unable to go. Highly, highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a pilates practice.

Pilates has so helpful for my health and wellbeing! Heather and Diana are amazing instructors, and design their workouts to specifically to benefit the clients. They’re the best!

I'm not sure why it took me this long to write a review for Axis, as I've been taking Pilates here for quite some time. I love everything about this studio. So much so, that I moved an hour north and still drive 2 hours round trip once a week to go here and have done that for over a year. Heather truly hires the most talented Pilates instructors possible and you can tell how much she cares about every detail of her studio. Rachel is a great manager and goes above and beyond to make being a member there a great experience. I love all of their classes, especially Suzie's All Levels and Chair/Springboard. The way she remembers individual needs about each client is pretty remarkable. She is the best! I can't say enough great things about Axis and the people there. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing Pilates studio!

I have been very pleased with Axis Pilates. I've been a member since the studio opened - before, actually. And the trainers/instructors are all top notch. If anyone in the neighborhood asks for my opinion, I recommend them to try Axis Pilates.
