Like their parent company, Cotswold Outdoor, this is an excellent company. A little more expensive than popular online running retailers but brilliant. The staff member who served me immediately got what I was after and prefers running shoes close to what I like as well, which is great. We build a very good rapport within a few minutes. He had my size in the shoe that I'd had my eyes on to fill a gap in my running shoe rotation. I tried them on and had a quick 1 minute run on their treadmill. I didn't need gait analysis as I had that done elsewhere. The shoes were exactly what I was after to fill the gap between slower comforting recovery shoe and the quicker race day or long run shoe. Asics Novablast 5 in the beautiful vital green / black (Ekiden) colour way. To top it off, they were reduced from £135 down to £115, which is cheaper than anywhere online that I've looked at. He told me that their own brand are starting to do running t-shirts etc, which is fab to know and I'll come back to see that when released in April time. An excellent experience, although I didn't catch the name of the assistant. Very highly recommended!
