Both Michelle Mulchan and Michelle Snoek were very in depth when it came to my Seperation. I did find schedualing time very hard as Michelle was often on holidays. My intial appointment needed to be rescheduled as i booked online but few days later was informed she was in fact on Vacation that day. Was also charged for this mistake on their end which didnt seem fair. Also needed to send multiple emails when my Ex's laywer was contacting myself asking if i was represented by R.A Law and to see if paperwork was sent to them when i needed it completed in a timely manner. Also forgetting to CC me on emails and causing stress due to the fact i didnt think paper work was being sent to the opposing lawyer. Overall i felt like i was a little fish to them and would probably choose different representation if need be again.
