I've had Russell CPA do my taxes for a number of years. Chad and Jason treat me like I'm their only client and always reply promptly to any of my questions. I love how everything is done via their secure portal, no need to send any thing through the mail or faxes.

Outstanding service from start to Finish. They even reviewed past years taxes (which were filed by another firm) and found an error which got me many $$$$$ refund--from my 2013 filing! I'm VERY happy and can recommend 100%

If your needs are just to have your information transferred from a spreadsheet to a tax return form and then submitted, by all means, this firm is for you. If you are looking for consultation, support, recommendations and defense of your right to take legitimate deductions.......RUN AND RUN FAST AND FAR FROM THIS FIRM!! They were terrific when Marcia Fritz and Colleen were heading it up, but since their departure we have had nothing but BIG BILLS AND BIG PROBLEMS WITH THE IRS!!
