I want to share my experience so others are aware. I had my lash extensions done by Anna on Thursday, and within a few days they started coming off. I reached out about it, and they did fix the lashes. However, after correcting the issue, I was then told they would no longer provide services to me moving forward. I was given reasons related to lateness and behavior that I do not fully agree with, and I feel these concerns were not clearly communicated to me beforehand so I could address them. I have always been respectful, and any instruction given to me during the service, I followed. Overall, while I appreciate that they corrected the initial issue, I found the way the situation was handled afterward to be unprofessional and lacking clear communication. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision.

Got the dry pedicure and my french tips look absolutely awesome. I was nervous at first, since I’ve never received a dry pedicure before and didn’t know what to expect… but with the scrub & warm towels after the pedi, I was both rejuvenated AND satisfied! The ladies were also extremely accommodating, regardless of any language barriers, they worked around it wonderfully. I would definitely love to come back for a manicure/designs or fill in as I’ve seen the work they do on nails & it looks great - definitely perfectionists!
