Roughly 2 hours for builder extension and basic nail polish that cost 150 before tip. My nail tech was very meticulous but she did one nail at a time, which made it go slower. I was going to do nail art initially but I was tired by the end sitting in the chair. I did like that they had a TV so I could watch the movie during the appointment. The nails ended up being pretty expensive for what I got. There are even parts of the nail that have color on the skin or no color on the sides of the nail. Underneath the nail has little pockets where the builder did not set flat. She also didn't clean the under side of the nail leaving it full of dust and grit that is hard to remove. Not really the polished experience that I assumed from the other reviews. At the end I was asked to do a review so that I could spend a lottery for some free hand cream, which I did, but now I'm going back to editing the review for how I really feel, maybe something to keep in mind for other people reading these reviews.

I just came here to get my nails done and I’m absolutely in love with them! They turned out exactly how I wanted…actually even better. The staff was so polite, welcoming, and accommodating. Such a great experience! Would definitely recommend!!

I’m editing this review because I was asked to give a review before the service was even completed and it was not good. I showed the design I was told they could do the design. I paid an additional $40 over all the other pricing for a custom design that was not done correctly. The jewels fell off within two hours of the appointment. I went in to have it redone and was told that what I wanted to do can’t be done so they were going to do a snowflake. That ended up looking like a spiders web, so again I end up not with what I wanted. At this point, I had to get a plain nail polish because of the time. The manicure itself was good if you’re just gonna get one solid color then you’ll have no issues. Anything outside of that, don’t bother go somewhere by else.

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences here! The customer service is truly amazing. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and attentive. The nail techs Alina and Nadya always listen to what I want, and every single time my nails come out perfect. It’s such a relief to have a place that consistently gets it right.

Best nail salon I’ve been to! My husband heard about them from a lot of co-workers, and I understand the hype. My nails are beautiful, have last way longer than other manicures, and are so solid and strong now! I get a lot of compliments. Everyone I recommended loved their nails as well!
