Super friendly and honest about their capabilities. Bringing in my mother's ring, they were up front about the potential of it cracking or breaking due to the softness of the gem. The other item they are resizing for me and I can't wait to wear it

The man at the front was so nice but the woman who designs the rings was so rude. We were simply talking about real diamonds vs lab created with the man and she stated that she would “never be able to morally sell someone a ring such as a lab created diamond” and continued to tell us just how awful they are. I found this comment incredibly rude and insensitive. This lady had no idea if any of the 3 of us had a lab created diamond on our fingers. She should just be more mindful in the way she speaks to strangers, I own beautiful real diamonds and also beautiful lab created diamonds, I hope she learns that value doesn’t come from a price tag.

This was one of the greatest experiences. My fiance and I were traveling and ended up in Huntsville. I spur of the moment bought my wedding band as we stopped in to kill time. They had it ordered and shipped to me. After a couple weeks I realized it fit looser than I would like and they had it shipped back to the manufacturer, swapped out and shipped back to me in a timely manner. Grace communicated every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond. I would recommend them for any jewelry purchases.
