Not on the menu, but ask for vegetarian options: they made the quesabirria without meat (only cheese and veggies) and it was fire. Esquites and tamales were also good!

Tried something different for my first visit and got the Relleno Burrito. It was really good and tasted like a mission style burrito stuffed with a Relleno. Looking forward to trying more items there!

Good Mexican food is severely underrepresented on the island, but Sabrozon Fresh Mexican Food Truck is a true standout. This is hands down the best Mexican food I’ve found so far. The carne asada fries were legit, loaded with flavor and a generous amount of meat, while the burritos were hearty and well-balanced. They offer a great variety of options, with portion sizes that actually satisfy. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity, and everything is cooked fresh within a reasonable timeframe, even during busy hours. If you’ve been craving authentic-tasting Mexican food in Hawaii, this truck should be at the very top of your list.

Absolutely love this food truck with seating in Kakaako! The staff is always very friendly and the food is authentic and DELICIOUS. I started eating before I snapped a pic so it doesn’t quite do it justice. The esquites are 11/10 delicious. I also love to smother my enchiladas in their avocado salsa. There is covered seating behind the truck as well with four large tables with umbrellas. Portion sizes are respectable, always some leftovers left to take home. I would rate it the best Mexican food in Kakaako by far.
