The staff is very caring. They are good listeners. The dental cleaning was gentle yet firm enough to be doing a good job. I would highly recommend this practice.

It was a great first appointment. My anxiety about the first appointment was quickly relieved as I talked to the dentist, receptionist, dental assistant and hygienist and experienced genuine care from them all. Good bedside manner seems a little hard to come by with dentists but not here. I am so pleased and looking forward to working with this office in maintaining excellent oral hygiene in the future.

This review is long overdue. I was a patient a couple years ago and only came to this office since the best and most honest dentist I've ever had retired, also a family member worked in this office. The dentist was good, hygienist great! I should have told the dentist this when it happened. I was completely put off and never wanted to return after I heard the two front females talk terribly about a patient right after they got off the phone with a patient. This is not something the patients in the lobby should hear. Not only that occurrence made the office look unprofessional, the finance female was unsympathetic and unkind....a little birdie told me she was quite lazy too. I don' recommend this office.

I’ve been going to Sac Dentist for several years now, and I truly love them. Dr Phan is the most thoughtful, caring, and professional dentist I’ve ever had. The hygienist is so kind, considerate, and wonderfully skilled. The front staff is always helpful and makes things easy. I always feel comfortable during visits, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I trust them completely and always leave feeling truly cared for.

It’s hard to put into words how wonderful of an experience I have coming here. The office itself is warm, calming, exceptionally clean, and above all — welcoming. It truly feels like every member of the team is kind, attentive, and there to provide you the best experience. What really stood out to me is the level of personalized care provided by Dr. Phan. He took his time to explain everything in detail, never rushing, and navigated each of my appointments with such patience and compassion that he has won me over as a lifetime patient. If you’re looking for a dental office that provides professionalism with genuine heart and excellent dental care, this is the place. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Phan to anyone.
