Thank you so much for helping my dog!!! Really helpful and also well priced. I thought they had a great balance between under/over selling exams and services. They were really efficient in helping my dog and gave her medications and detailed instructions. They gave me the option of more elaborate exams or not which I greatly appreciated.

I cannot say enough kind things about the team at Sadie's. My dog Eddy had a medical emergency, and after a terrible experience at another clinic, I walked in here desperate and shaken. The receptionist greeted us with immediate warmth and genuine concern. Even though they were fully booked, she didn't just turn us away — she asked someone to come out and do a quick visual assessment to make sure Eddy wasn't in danger. That person was so sweet with him, gave us a list of emergency hospitals for a proper workup, and they helped us schedule a follow-up appointment for the very next day. When we came back for bloodwork, the kindness continued. The staff were patient and calm even when Eddy got scared and started barking — they never panicked, just kept reassuring him. I felt like everyone there truly cared. Thank you, Sadie's, for treating my Eddy with so much love when we needed it most. You deserve a million stars.

We unfortunately had to visit Sadie under the worst circumstances. Our sweet girl had been showing worrying symptoms and they got us in right away. Unfortunately she was diagnosed with likely having hemangiosarcoma and we had to make the hard call of letting her go. I want to thank the staff for being so, so kind during the hardest day of our lives and for treating my baby with so much care and respect in her final moments.

When our kitty started vomiting blood while we were at work, and we needed to get her in on a random weekday evening, they were here for us. Totally transparent about our options, what they would cost, what they recommended, and the risks and benefits of everything. Special shoutout to vet tech Bree (I'm unsure if I'm spelling it correctly), who answered all of my non-stop questions with so much grace, patience, and compassion. We hope we don't need to come back for our cat's sake, but if we do, this is my first pick.
