I have been practicing this meditation for more than 6 years now... I have tried many other forms of yoga but this is something real...My health has improved a lot, I was suffering from insomnia and stress, not anymore :). It is free of cost so you will get peaceful mind and healthy body at no cost.... If you want to achieve inner balance then you must give it a try with open mind and open heart...Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
I have been practicing meditation in this facility from quiet a long time. My experience here is really great and peaceful. It increased ability to work under stress & stay focused. Wasn’t aware we can achieve so much by just spending little bit time with ourselves. I recommend this to everyone.
I have been practicing SahajaYoga meditation for more than 14 years now - at different places. Last Spring, we moved from MN to Dallas and since then have been going here. Its an excellent facility and we enjoy our meditations and wonderful people there. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
