STL Boxing Club is so welcoming, so encouraging, and exactly the challenging and fun workout I've been looking for. I was intimidated to come in at all, but that quickly fell away with how patient and helpful the staff was; from the front desk to the instructors during and after the workouts, you're taken care of with thoughtfulness and kindness. I love being pushed to do my best while also feeling so welcome as a newbie. Can't recommend this gym enough!
I've only attended a couple of classes so far, but I can say with complete confidence that I plan to attend many more! I have had a great experience at every class I've gone to, and everyone there from the coaches, staff, and others attending the classes have been just as knowledgeable and encouraging as can be. At least in my book, gym experiences don't get much better than this!
SLBC offers a variety of boxing classes, along with other options, like TRX, mobility and yoga classes. They also have the best personal trainers Saint Louis has to offer. I’ve been a member for over 10 years, and I’m still having fun and setting new fitness goals with their support!
Several years ago my kids gave me some boxing gloves and a 3 month membership so that I could try out the program. I was interested in targeting my back and my core because, who has better core and back muscles than boxers?! Here I am 9 or so years later and absolutely love every class I am able to attend. I love the high energy, the music and the large gym full of heavy bags. The coaches are wonderful and happy to provide options if (like me) you are no longer in the burpee game. I don't think I have ever met a more sincere group of professionals who truly want everyone to have a great experience and who constantly seek to adjust and improve.
I had an amazing experience at Saint Louis Boxing Club! I booked my class through the ClassPass app and everything went smoothly. The environment was super friendly and welcoming, which made it easy to feel comfortable even as a first-timer. Breanna, the instructor, was absolutely fantastic—motivating, knowledgeable, and high-energy throughout the session. The workout was no joke—intense, challenging, and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this place if you’re serious about getting a great workout in a supportive atmosphere!
