This is the second time I have been to Salem Gem Lab and Jewelry Store. This time around I went to sell some gold scrap and silver pieces that I had from items that have either broken or lost the pair to. Both times the service has been amazing. From the beginning Mrs. Helen was very helpful explaining different things about the gold and silver. This place has been nothing but awesome. Great customer service and the only ones around town that do what they do. I came in cuz I needed to know the true value of my jewelry and I had a lot of jewelry. Like a lot lot. They gave me a very generous price to appraise it considering the amount of jewelry and Betty was very thorough and honest about the value and what they would be willing to give. Helen and Betty are super kind ladies and they make it such a good experience just to sit around and chat. True southern hospitality. John did the best job on the pieces I brought in for customization and repair, especially on the most difficult piece, an antique class ring.
