Very easy jeweler to work with. Never felt pressured and staff is extremely knowledgeable. The store really goes the extra mile and is willing to work to find the perfect pieces. Allison is awesome and I have worked with her to buy several pieces.

Normally, as a “younger” watch collector you get the same “here we go again” look from the floor when you walk into a well established jewelry or watch dealers store front. No interest in helping you other than opening the door on your way out. At Schiffmans (family owned) Winston-Salem location I can’t express how different it felt from the moment I walked in. From the warm greeting of their security, to the instant offer of, “how can I help you today” from Maria Valentino. What a WONDERFUL experience all around! Maria is a true professional and was able tailor my purchasing process to fit my needs. I STRONGLY recommend you go to her for all Watch and Jewelry requests. Without a doubt will be coming to Schiffmans and working with Maria again in the future.

I purchased my first Omega - Speedmaster watch (white dial) with Mike, and my experience was fantastic! The customer service was exceptional—very professional, knowledgeable and truly took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. My first Omega watch purchase! - design is absolutely stunning, elegant, timeless, and wears well. Sizing my watch was meticulously done. Just wearing it brings me so much joy. Mike has been providing excellent service to my family members for over 10 years! He is highly recommended by many and I couldn’t be happier I finally met him. Great job replacing the watch battery. Sorry I was not looking for a wedding ring 😂 but the turn around time was quick. Very happy with the time piece. I may need to get some links taken out. So I may be back. The watch had been previously damaged by another company and Schiffman’s did a good job repairing it.
