Employee tonight with blonde hair in the ugliest leopard sweater. Rude and irritating. Probably wont come back. prices are upmarked and her tone just make the whole interaction worse. I honestly wouldve still hought it with the upmarked pricing but i could wait a few days and have it shipped to my house minus the crappy interaction to ruin my mood.
My experience was ok. There were 2 female employees. One seemed kind and asked if I needed assistance/was i finding everything okay several times. The other stood at the end of the aisle in which I was shopping as if she were a bodyguard. She attempted to stay hidden at the endcap. I may have read the situation wrong and intentions may have been good but I have never stolen anything nor do I ever plan to. If times ever get that hard for me , I definitely wouldn't be stealing out of a Sally Beauty Supply. I guess they get 2 stars for the employee who actually seemed to be doing her job.
Pretty decently stocked and well organized location. I was looking for a particular brush that has the soft bristles along with hard to reduce how much hair pulling occurs. Thankfully I found a good product, and I went back to look further into their hemp lotions which is a personal favorite of mine. BUT, I’m a pretty avid reviewer on google and shortly after completing a video walk through of the store location, one of the reps came up to me and asked if I was intentionally filming one of their employees. I told her that I wrote reviews to every location I visit, and she asked if I could remove any parts with the employees inside. Honestly, I’ve never been asked that, I find it pretty rude assuming I care to capture people. Even after I made it clear it was for reviewing my experience in the store, they were more concerned about their personal identities than customer experience. Take a look at my video and you tell me if this is “violating privacy” It’s not a surprise the location has low reviews. Don’t go out of your way to write a nice review here. They’ll police the situation for their benefit without even knowing if you are in the wrong or not.
I was really upset on how Lisa the manager handled my return situation. She kept making remarks as if it was my fault the receipt was blurry. She was rude and made herself useless. Then she started taking about the other Sally’s supply store (Capitol and McKee). Her only solution for the inconvenience was store credit …. I took myself to another sallys beauty supply (Capitol and McKee) and they were so nice and helpful and gave me my refund immediately. (I don’t understand if she’s a manager she should have some sort of solution she left me speechless. )
How would you like being stalked and followed by an employee? I used to be a regular at Sally's Beauty Supply. As I've grown tired of giving Amazon my money, I decided to support a local business/retail store. I'm not sure if the employee was a manager, but my friend and I were asked if we needed help. I was looking for Apogee products. I had no large purse but a handheld wallet. After deciding on a product, I noticed the employee staring me down while paying at the cash register. When I exited, my friend told me the same lady was on another aisle, staring us down. I explained the whole interaction made me feel very uncomfortable and that I would never patronize this business again. I'd rather shop Target. Walmart, or online. Brick and motor stores are struggling to make profits. With customer care like this, I'd rather the store close. I will be telling coworkers and other family to shop elsewhere.
