I recently ordered sympathy flowers from this shop during a very difficult time and at the very last minute-I couldn’t be more grateful for Chu Long’s care and professionalism. The arrangement itself was so beautiful—elegant, fresh and thoughtfully designed. It struck the perfect balance of being respectful and comforting, which meant so much to both me and the recipient. I had a disappointing experience. I was told in the morning that they were sold out, but after some discussion, I was asked to come back later to purchase flowers. When I returned, I was initially treated as if we hadn’t spoken, and then informed again that they were unavailable due to a supply issue. The experience was frustrating and inconsistent, and I won’t be returning.

Beautiful flowers and service at an amazing price! A humble flower shop in SJ with the kindest people. Lau went above and beyond when I did a walk in to put together a bouquet. For big occasions like Valentine's Day, make sure to book in advance to guarantee your order since demand is high! The quality of the flowers and the effort they put into arranging the bouquets at this price point make this place a true gem.

Beautiful flowers, they design a good bouquet. I got mine last minute lowkey, like the day before valentines. Hella sold out but they let me preorder which was nice.
